Starting off the day right (of the ph scale)

A lot of the times our bodies are more acidic than they should be – it comes from the food we eat and things we drink. Our blood ph level, however, is the happiest when it’s slightly basic. Which means our bodies are constantly fighting the move the ph level towards the more basic side.

I help my body by drinking a cup of warm water with a squeeze of lemon in the morning before I eat my breakfast. Lemon water? You may ask – isn’t that acidic? Contrary to what people might intuitively believe, lemon water when consumed, is basic and able to move our blood ph to become less acidic.

Give it a try! Your stomach and body will thank you.

  2. Seriously? Oh well, it’s worth a try! Thanks for sharing this. I really want to be more sensitive on my body’s ph scale ( ) so this could be a great help.

  3. Apple cider vinegar is ome thing I came across as I was sick recently. There are a myriad of benefits and people have been using it for decades. It’s also basic on the ph scale.
